We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description
- Maintaining the Bank’s typical turnaround time for customer service delivery while ensuring proactive client service.
- Taking care of customer inquiries about the branch’s service areas where customers can receive assistance with account opening packages, checkbooks, customer statements, etc.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction through prompt, expert service and complaint handling.
- Fully comprehend all Petra MFB products, services, and processes.
- Engage customers in an efficient manner to inform them of all items and cross-sell services and goods as necessary.
- Ensure proper customer account opening documentation and filing
- Handling client complaints and responding to queries from customers.
- Coordinating regional marketing and sales initiatives, analyzing the outcomes, and making adjustments.
- Maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customers fully comprehend the bank’s offerings and effectively communicate the advantages and characteristics of those products.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of B.sc or HND
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a microfinance bank
- Live within Yaba and Environs.
