Job Summary

The Growth Manager is responsible for driving business development and revenue growth within the mobility segment by executing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and closing deals in line with assigned targets.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the 3 & 4 wheeler mobility segment
  • Execute sales plans and initiatives defined by the Head of Growth
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, dealers, OEMs, and partners
  • Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets consistently
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
