Who Are We Looking For?
In this capacity, you will be crucial to laying the groundwork for our product and collaborating closely with our early-stage Engineering team to provide clients with an exceptional experience. You will aid in creating a young, aspirational company’s road plan. This is an opportunity to direct product direction and take ownership of a major vision while collaborating closely with the company’s Co-Founders.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for the Product based on an understanding of business and user needs, and working closely with the Founders.
- Work closely with stakeholders and a skilled team of cross-functional peers to define a roadmap and unlocking new opportunities.
- Own the long term roadmap for your domain.
- Demonstrate your sincere enthusiasm and passion for your company’s goals, products, and mission as well as for meeting the requirements of your customers.
- Develop platform- and user-focused development methods across our development teams by exemplifying them and assisting in their adoption.
- Partner with development teams to deliver critical platform capabilities with speed and quality.
Qualification
- Be an experienced Product Manager with data driven product development, strong product craft, and a technical background.
- Have a genuine interest in building user centric platform products and solving complex problems.
- Highly collaborative and you thrive working in cross-functional teams.
- Possess excellent leadership, relationship building and influencing skills
Additional Requirements
- Be an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.
- Know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
- Have a proven track record of developing and managing software products.
- Know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
- Experience leading and working with agile development team.
