Job Profile
Charged with overseeing Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, and After Sales departments to achieve their KPIs and targets, you would also control warehouse management. As Head of Fulfilment you will be charged with achieving process standardization and optimization to raise the general effectiveness of Jumia Services’ warehousing operations.

Responsibilities
- Establish KPIs and easy procedures for gauging and enhancing performance.
- Implore the use of order life analysis to keep an eye on the entire warehousing process and boost productivity.
- Establish and maintain warehouse operations procedures.
- Help create dashboards to quickly pinpoint operational process bottlenecks.
- Monitor daily reporting on the status of the SLA, backlog, incidents, changes, and problem tickets.
- Discuss all issues relating to warehouse systems with the technical teams as well as the regional teams.

Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelors’ Degree or certification (Business Administration, Logistics- supply chain, Economics, Engineering).
- Ability to create macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, analytical tools, and workbooks with advanced Excel.
- Experience in warehouse management, e-commerce, or FMCG of at least 6 years.
- Comprehension of buyer and seller behavior, as well as experience with best practices for e-commerce fulfillment.
Supplementary Qualifications
- A significant experience in ecommerce, management consulting, venture capital, company creation or category management (retail) would be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (VBA would be a plus).
- Ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions.
- High level of comfort or experience in logistical operations.
