To support the growth and long-term viability of the company, Smollan is hiring a talented merchandiser to serve as a client lead. In this role, the successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, driving expansion and profitability.

Obligations

Assist in tracking inventory levels and maintaining a flawless store by replenishing shelves with merchandise and maintaining inventory; encouraging managers to place new orders when levels seem low; coordinating the return of faulty goods
Secure cross-merchandising opportunities, and make sure they are carried out.
Report supermarket openings, closures, or growth in the designated territory as well as assist in providing information.
Determine issue areas as soon as possible and inform the appropriate person for settlement.
Review priorities with your supervisor while talking about specific instructions, product promotions, new items, and price adjustments will help you keep track of the call cycle.
Set up displays at the ends of aisles, check on special promotions every day, watch how customers react to special promotions.
keep shelves in check by keeping an eye on product displays.

Qualification

At least 3 months of merchandising experience
Understand competitor products and how our brands are positioned in the market
Must have obtained a degree
Secondary Education Grade: D+ (D Plus)
Hold a valid license for a motorcycle or vehicle

Additional Requirements

Possess a motorbike or vehicle
Proficient in developing strong relationships
Demonstrates results-oriented mindset towards fulfilling responsibilities.
