Responsibilities
- Drive growth and expansion of retail Pharmacy business, franchises, and online operations in Nigeria
- Enhance sales in current locations and expand the retail network
- Recruit and develop a retail team and franchise partners
- Establish partnerships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)
- Identify and establish new retail outlets (pharmacy & supermarket) in high-potential locations throughout Nigeria
- Train retail staff and franchise partners on SOPs, Reporting Standards, Sales Techniques, and Software use
- Develop proposals, negotiate, and onboard HMOs to encourage their enrollees to shop online and in-person at our retail pharmacies
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing, licensing, and adherence to operations and SOPs in retail outlets
- Assess training needs and organize training programs for retail staff and franchise partners
- Perform additional assigned duties as required
- Collaborate with marketing to develop, implement, and track marketing and sales campaigns to drive Pharmacy sign-ups and sales in retail locations (online & offline)
- Devise sales strategies to target new customers and engage existing ones to boost sales
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions to secure sales
- Provide accurate and rapid cost calculations and quotations to customers
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails
- Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business prospects
- Negotiate agreement terms and close sales
- Collect market and customer information
Qualification
- 5+ years of successful experience in establishing new pharmacies and overseeing a pharmacy chain in Nigeria
- Demonstrated track record in setting up retail chains and outlets throughout Nigeria
- Expertise in business-to-consumer sales strategies
- Adaptable to high-intensity, fast-paced work environments

Salary Range
180,000 – 210,000 NGN
