Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the seamless operations of the food & beverage department, guaranteeing top-tier guest experiences in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Contributes to a guest-centric team, striving to maximize satisfaction and comfort through prompt and positive responses to inquiries.
  • Assumes accountability for assigned duties, executing all tasks professionally and efficiently.
  • Achieves departmental goals and objectives, successfully meeting hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborates closely with supervisors to manage costs and inventory, while ensuring optimal productivity and performance levels.
  • Nurtures strong, productive relationships, actively promoting company culture and values.
  • Ensures strict adherence and compliance to legislation, diligently planning, delivering, and documenting best practice activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up measures as required.
Qualification
  • Preferred food & beverage service background, though not mandatory
  • Proactive and resourceful work ethic
  • Devoted to providing outstanding guest service, fueled by a love for hospitality
  • Innovative problem solver, taking full responsibility for assigned duties
