In this dynamic position, you will take charge of safeguarding both personnel and corporate assets. Your role extends beyond conventional security, encompassing strategic guard deployment, comprehensive facility patrolling, and ensuring the security of residential zones.
Your pivotal responsibility will encompass orchestrating the cement haulage operations at Gate 1, alongside stringent access management to thwart unauthorized entry into the factory premises. Adeptly monitoring the movements of senior executives and expatriates via cutting-edge radio communication will be integral to your role.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure robust security presence across Plant and Estates, maintaining a skilled security team.
- Uphold exceptional security standards throughout all operational areas.
- Foster positive worker-security agency rapport through effective interaction and communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound goods movements.
- Oversee security for Lafarge Africa Plc cement products transportation to various depots, including train wagons.
- Create security duty schedules, deploying personnel efficiently across factory and estate beats/posts.
- Conduct in-depth investigations, providing actionable recommendations.
- Validate invoices for supplied goods and security-related documents.
- Manage cement haulage procedures at gate 1.
- Control and prevent unauthorized access to the factory premises.
- Manage incidents involving company vehicle accidents.
- Organize staff bail from law enforcement custody and accompany witnesses on court dates.
- Act as a representative for Lafarge Africa Plc in external security matters.
- Ensure expatriate safety by promptly facilitating their escorted journeys.

Key Requirements
Education/Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
- Demonstrated excellence in management and effective organizational planning
