As a Store Manager, you will spearhead daily operations, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead operations of Grocery retail outlets, consistently enhancing functionality and service standards to fulfill Customer Experience objectives.
- Develop and implement staffing strategies, schedules, quality enhancements, and process improvements crucial for executing Operations plans.
- Supervise a team of Shift Supervisors as store manager within a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Define expectations for Supervisors and Pickers, setting performance standards.
- Evaluate performance metrics, offer feedback, and ensure accountability of Supervisors and Pickers, fostering team excellence.
- Proactively share best practices across shifts and Retail Stores.
- Collaborate with HR, Category Management, Facility contractors, and Safety Manager to introduce and execute initiatives.
- Monitor store maintenance for adherence to health and safety standards.
- Attain stock accuracy benchmarks.
- Continuously assess departmental objectives, daily labor, and production goals.
- Enhance quality, minimize errors, and lower operational expenses.
- Weekly tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute administrative tasks and other duties as directed by management.
Qualification
- Proven excellence in a fast-paced distribution or logistics setting similar to ours.
- Proficiency in leading teams effectively.
- Successful background in supervising diverse teams for 1-3 years.
- Fluent in both English and local currency.
