Position Overview

We’re in search of a People Operations Lead dedicated to grasping our team members’ needs, championing their success within our company, and nurturing solid internal connections. If you’re enthusiastic about molding our organizational culture, steering people strategy, and constructing resilient people-centric systems, this position is tailor-made for you.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate a people strategy that aligns with our organization’s strategic goals.
  • Keep HR policies up-to-date and compliant with local laws, while also fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • Create fair and equitable compensation and benefits systems.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to outline new roles, set salary ranges, and draft job descriptions.
  • Provide strategic input on employee and team development, including leadership coaching and succession planning.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee a comprehensive benefits package for all staff members.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
  • Serve as the go-to person for any employee-related concerns within the organization.
  • Work with managers to develop a robust management culture, complete with training and performance evaluations.
  • Lead initiatives like pulse surveys and training to enhance employee engagement.
  • Implement performance management systems across the organization.
  • Take charge of special projects, setting objectives, timelines, and effectively managing resources.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in People Operations or similar roles.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a professional business environment.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a track record of independent work.
Additional Expertise
  • Strong organizational skills with a background in Operations or Business Analysis.
  • Daily achievement-oriented mindset with deliberate time management.
  • Proficiency in productivity and efficiency tools like Asana, Airtable, and Zapier.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities for process evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
