Location: Remote

About The Role

This is a full-time, remote position with various shift options available to accommodate different schedules. Candidates can choose from shifts that include weekends, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance. The role requires a commitment to customer service excellence, with the support team operating 24/7/365.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your day will involve engaging with truckers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions in real-time. You’ll handle a high volume of calls, ensuring each interaction is efficient and empathetic. Your role is central to Mudflap’s mission, as you help customers navigate challenges and maximize their savings on fuel.

On a day-to-day basis, this means working closely with on-boarding, sales, support, and product teams to ensure merchants continue to succeed after launch:

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally in fintech or tech startup environments
  • Proficient with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment, you’re a strong multitasker with a high sense of urgency and a hands-on, team-oriented approach

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $23.00 – $27.00/hr
