Job Summary

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who combines technical excellence with a team-first,
ownership-driven mindset. You will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive,
high-performing web interfaces that shape how businesses interact with Passpoint’s platform.
You will collaborate across Product, UI/UX, and Backend, and take full ownership of features from
conception to deployment, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.

Essential Duties

  • Build, test, and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible web applications across Passpoint’s
  • product suite.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate APIs, optimise
    data flows, and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, from design review to production rollout.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend components.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across all products.
  • Contribute to team practices, documentation, and code quality through thoughtful code reviews.
  • Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 or more years of experience building modern frontend applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
  • Deep experience with React.js and Next.js. Familiarity with Vue.js is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of state management tools including Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Pinia.
  • Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools including Webpack, Vite, and Rollup.
  • Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Version control experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Exposure to SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js or Nuxt is a plus.
  • Understanding of frontend performance metrics and optimisation techniques.
  • Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma or Storybook.
