Responsibilities
- Enhance virtual assistant’s NLP capabilities to comprehend intricate queries, detect intent, and deliver contextually relevant responses.
- Create tailored experiences by developing adaptive algorithms based on user preferences, behavior, and past interactions.
- Implement monitoring systems for continual AI model performance tracking, identifying issues and ensuring efficiency through regular maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with UX designers to enhance conversational user experience, adding intuitive and engaging features for user-friendliness.
- Continuously optimize AI algorithms for faster response times and efficient utilization of computational resources.
- Develop algorithms for valuable user insights and recommendations derived from data analysis and interactions.
- Collaborate with product design team to integrate virtual assistant seamlessly into frontend interface.
- Integrate enterprise data into a vector database while implementing privacy and data security measures.
- Work closely with CRM/ERP/Supply Chain teams to establish connectors and synchronize data sources.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the no-code iPaaS platform.
- Create storyboards, AI, and interactive video projects in the short term.
- Continuously develop, test, and maintain the product using AI technologies.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years as an AI Engineer
- Frontend Tech: Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Programming Skills: Strong in Python and C++
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with foundational models like GPT and their reasoning capabilities
