Who Are We Looking For?
To oversee our program in South Africa, we need a creative development manager there. You’ll interact with a variety of government representatives, educational institution leaders, professors, and students, and you’ll gain insight from various points of view to enliven your personal and professional experience. In order to change things for your country, you will build on already-existing CSR initiatives, as well as initiate and lead brand-new ones. You will also motivate and collaborate with important decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Build and Manage Partnerships with Governments and Educational Institutions: Set up, organize, and maintain the full partner development process, which includes partner selection, recruitment, collaborative planning, direction, results measurement, and ongoing management.
- Manage Sustainable Program Growth: Recognize and comprehend the educational market and the opportunities that may be taken advantage of in the region or nation, and track key performance indicators of program effectiveness while suggesting activities.
- Build Academy Community, support regional and national events, ensure that academies and instructors are providing quality instruction, manage strategic aspects of product adoption in territory, and organize local workforce development program implementation to support student employment in order to ensure program sustainability.
- Investigate untapped regions and new fields to uncover fresh potential to advance the campaign. By putting forward unconventional ideas, challenging the current quo, upending the conventional model and approach, and beginning to foster a new understanding of Cisco NetAcad
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Public Administration or Communications.
- Minimum of five years of work experience in sales, business development, primarily in the public sector, and/or education.
- English proficiency is required though knowledge of additional languages like Portuguese, French, or Spanish is advantageous.
