Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
For the position of Cash Collection Executive, which reports to the City Fleet Manager, the brand Moove seeks a professional with exceptional attentiveness, sound business judgment, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In this position, you will interact with the driver partners to make sure their payments into the company’s account are quicker, easier, and more seamless. This is the position for you if you have excellent interpersonal skills, are tech aware, proactive, and imaginative.
The Cash Collection Executive will work closely with the recovery team to address any issues relating to unpaid driver partners and serve as the team’s spokesperson both within the organization and to external stakeholders. The ideal applicant for the position will have excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, and data analytics expertise.
Responsibilities
- Managing cash collection for all driving partner walk-ins with unpaid balances at the workplace
- Engaging Driver Partners to make payments to Moove accounts through digital channels
- Minimizing office Walk-ins and pushing DPs to pay digitally
- Collaborating with other stakeholders (recovery team) when financial payments are missed despite repeated attempts
- Instructing DPs with strong cash collections to make payments through alternative channels of collection in the city
- Daily comparison of the cash received ledger with the balance added to the DP paid balance
- Ensure daily cash collection deposits into the necessary channel
- Ensuring that the DPs follow the company’s established payment procedures.
- Ensuring that the DPs pay their bills on time.
Qualification
- Any discipline-related degree
- Familiarity with local banks or cash collection agencies of at least one year
- Optimum knowledge of the transportation industry is a PLUS
- Candidates must possess great Microsoft office suite skills.
