Job Description
As the Country Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our daily operations, with a keen focus on safety, quality, and production objectives. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring the fulfillment of service commitments, elevating center performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Through astute analysis of production, quality, and cost data, you will adeptly pinpoint obstacles and offer strategic suggestions for refinement. Collaborating with vendor managers from third-party contact centers will be integral to aligning business objectives effectively. Moreover, your adept leadership will extend to managing a dedicated team within the department, solidifying our operational excellence.
Tasks
- Oversee daily operations encompassing safety, quality, and production objectives as the Country Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure fulfillment of service commitments and elevate center performance standards.
- Evaluate production, cost, and quality data to pinpoint issues and propose enhancement strategies.
- Collaborate with vendor managers from third-party contact centers to align with business objectives.
- Supervise and lead departmental personnel effectively.
