Job Description

At Bolt Business, we’re seeking for ambitious and driven Country Sales Managers. You’ll be tasked with managing the sales team, owning the go-to-market strategy, and closing and winning the biggest deals while driving the growth of the nation.

We’re searching for a motivated professional with B2B selling experience who can ignite and fuel the Bolt Business team’s success in the industry. We require a superstar that has produced outstanding outcomes in the past, excels at leading a team, and understands how to bring about rapid growth. Responsibilities
  • You’ll be in charge of coaching, developing, and motivating a group of account managers, business development managers, and business specialists to achieve the goals of the nation.
  • You’ll be the market’s top performer on Tier 1 deals, demonstrating to the others how it’s done.
  • Planning and strategy, including who will do what, anticipated P&L, and the outcomes your team and market will reach. You will control the go-to-market strategy.
  • Because of our rapid growth, you will need to assemble a winning team with the assistance of our recruitment team
  • Coaching and training your staff will involve daily improvement, performance management, raising the bar for them, and advancing their careers at Bolt.
  • By achieving growth and exceeding country sales goals, you’ll inspire your team to success, hit and beyond goals, and bring success to the nation.
  • You will control the crucial connections, contacts, and networks in your industry if you have strong customer relationships with the largest clients and governmental organizations.
  • You will be creating a pipeline of the top businesses and prospects while managing your own sales funnel.
  • It would be your responsibility to build a pipeline of the largest companies and opportunities while managing your own sales pipeline.
  • You will be observing and hearing what businesses need, therefore you will be a vital voice to our product teams. Collaborate closely and provide market input to the product team regarding Bolt Business products and how we should improve.
Qualification
  • 4+ years of fast-paced B2B sales experience, including at least 2+ years of sales team management
  • Be a natural negotiator who can get around obstacles like contracts to close transactions
  • Strong commercial understanding and business service sales experience with SME and large companies.
  • Be a boss and proactively seek out fixes for company issues.
  • Hold a BS/MS in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Have coaching, mentoring, and performance-management experience with team members.
