Job Summary

You Should Be Able To

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media
  • Resolve customer issues clearly and politely within set response times
  • Guide users on how to use the platform product (basic onboarding & walkthroughs)
  • Escalate technical or billing issues to the right team
  • Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Maintain a friendly, professional brand tone at all times.
