As a Customer Support Representative at Chowdeck, you will work as a full-time member of a team to aid customers and riders with their problems via a variety of channels.

Responsibilities
  • Help Chowdeck customers and riders resolve issues via chat, mobile calls, email, and social media.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deeply understand and improve Chowdeck’s product.
  • Provide internal updates on insights from engagements with customers and merchants on improving Chowdeck’s overall services
  • Escalate order issues and liaise with payment processing partners, restaurants, and/or riders to resolve issues.
  • In order for clients to receive quicker responses, create and update help articles as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to the restaurant operations team so they may satisfy our restaurant partners’ needs.
  • Highlight ideas on how to improve the product and better serve businesses and their customers
  • Advocate for process enhancements on the Customer Success team.
  • Represent Chowdeck at self-hosted and external events
Requirements
