As a member of the Digital Support Sales team, you’ll work with a group of specialist sales professionals to deliver and market the best-in-class support products to our Enterprise customers and to support Microsoft and its partners as they hasten the pace of their own digital transformation. As a sales professional for digital support, you will collaborate directly with clients, your sales team, and implementation partners to achieve your quarterly and annual sales goals. Your virtual team will be in charge of generating annuity sales motions and add-ons, and you will report to the Time Zone Digital Support Specialist for Enterprise.
Responsibilities
Key accountabilities for the Digital Support Sales Specialist include:
- Utilizing the centralized sales team, the digital sales unit, and the Enterprise teams in the relevant areas, a strategy for finding, driving, and completing Support renewals is being developed to enable client outcomes and increase Microsoft cloud adoption.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Enterprise teams and the Digital Sales Units to find upsell and cross-sell opportunities that can power the support engine. Make sure everyone is aware of the Microsoft Support value proposition and use the account team’s established customer relationships to find, pursue, and close opportunities.
- Reach or surpass revenue goals while maintaining excellence in deal management, including pipeline hygiene, deal commitment, and close preparation.
- Collaborating and working as a partner with the vendor organization and the extended Digital Support sales team.
- Utilizes cross-selling, up-selling, and a keen client attention to steadily increase average deal size.
- Help users make decisions that favor Microsoft’s services and products by promoting the removal of obstacles. the right partners are positioned to advance the finest client solutions. regionally prepare and distribute best practices. promotes greater customer dialogue on Microsoft solutions alignment and digital transformation. takes advantage of market research to engage customers. uses marketing insights actively to promote comprehensive customer engagements.
