What You’ll Do For Us
This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys building procedures and systems from scratch and taking on significant challenges. The Director of Operations is in charge of organizing the staff, systems, and processes to guarantee the best possible operational performance across the full network of managed schools.
Responsibilities
- From the standpoint of a line manager, you will be responsible for the Program Manager – Operations, IT Operations, Resolution, and School Inspection Team members, ensuring the accomplishment of the program operational goals as specified in the functional KPIs of the teams you are responsible for.
- You will also oversee the Shared Services Supply Chain / Warehouse teams and give the School Inspection Associates local leadership for the Bridge Nigeria Program.
- With the major goals of preventing fraud and maintaining a robust internal control environment, you will be fully responsible for the Revenue Assurance function.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that each school functions smoothly, that the staff is supported by having access to the appropriate technology resources, instructional materials, and teaching supplies, in addition to other materials and consumables.
Qualification
- Have at least 8+ years of post-undergraduate, full-time work experience in a position heavily focused on operations, with process engineering and operational support as its main duties.
- Possess management expertise with a distributed or multi-unit location service.
- Have working knowledge of developing markets.
- Working knowledge of a dynamic environment with changing goals and needs.
- You need to have a history of completing tasks.
- Possess knowledge of process development, design, and execution.
- Ability to manage and organize several teams at work to produce on tight deadlines and a tight budget.
- High academic standing from a prestigious undergraduate and, if attended, graduate institution.
