Job Summary
The Head Growth oversees sales activities, develops sales plans and tactics, leads and guides the sales team to achieve targets, cultivates key relationships, analyzes data, and evaluates performance. The role manages the Mobility Division’s sales and financial performance, implements sales programs, maintains sales volume, assesses processes, and provides support to direct reports. Also coordinates market surveys, manages EV charging station business operations, and delivers accurate reports to stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the 3 & 4 wheeler mobility segment
- Execute sales plans and initiatives defined by the Head of Growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, dealers, OEMs, and partners
- Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets consistently
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Oversee sales activities and develop sales plans and tactics
- Lead and guide the sales team to reach set targets
- Develop and implement national/regional sales programs and initiatives
- Assign sales quotas/targets and territories for team members
- Maintain and grow sales volume, product mix, and selling price
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and periodic reports:
- Assess and improve sales processes and procedures
- Evaluate individual performance and suggest corrective actions
- Provide on-the-ground support to direct reports to generate leads and close deals
- Meet with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to assess relationships
- Coordinate market surveys and gather intelligence for Marketing and Product teams
- Deliver accurate, timely, and quality reports to relevant stakeholders
- Manage EV charging station business operations, including site acquisition and revenue generation
