Responsibilities
  • As a Co-Pilot within the HR team, your main responsibility will be to manage End-to-End HR processes while identifying improvement opportunities and supporting stakeholders such as HRBPs, Line Managers, Finance, and Factory.
  • You will be in charge of managing the Country Employee Cost Center, which includes cost planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with senior management and regional leaders to conduct regular reports and dashboard evaluations.
  • In collaboration with HR and Finance, you will provide employee cost reporting to give workers a better understanding of their compensation. You will also participate in planning and reporting on headcount.
  • You will manage the implementation of reporting systems for the country and formulate effective HR policies and procedures. You will ensure HR compliance and serve as the main point of contact for national HR audits.
  • Your role will involve supplying local HR services within established SLAs and collaborating with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain. You will deliver timely and pertinent information and ensure the effective and consistent performance of all HR Services tasks, such as training administration, third-party management, payroll administration, immigration, etc.
  • Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch data quality for total rewards and talent management across the nation, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Qualification
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a numerical field of study such as accounting, economics, or statistics.
  • At least seven years of experience in a senior HR management or leadership role, ideally within a comparable FMCG company. Alternatively, a broad range of industry experience, including Management Consulting from a highly regarded institution, is also preferred.
  • Strong hands-on management expertise in staff medical/HMO management, staff compensation & benefits, payroll management, tax (especially PAYE), pension administration, and HR services/administration.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end HR procedures, including talent management, learning & development, employee relations, recruitment/resourcing, etc., with experience as an HR generalist.
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with unions and other outside parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as ERP tools like SAP, SuccessFactors, and other pertinent software.
  • A data-driven person with exceptional analytical abilities, particularly the rare capacity to generate, present, and successfully understand various data sets.
