Who Are We Scouting For?

As the HR & Admin Assistant intern, you will be the primary liaison for employees, vendors, and official regulators, offering comprehensive support and overseeing their queries. Your responsibilities will span across personnel management, office administration, and employee engagement, encompassing a diverse range of tasks. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure seamless daily operations and long-term efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Aid HR team in initial recruitment tasks
  • Respond to HR inquiries and provide employee information
  • Support the travel team for managing company apartment and guest/staff experience
  • Compile and generate HR reports
  • Maintain organized and secure HR and administrative records
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordinate office activities
  • Facilitate the preparation of HR-related documents
  • Assist procurement team in purchasing items and services
  • Offer basic administrative services to all departments
  • Schedule in-house and external events
Qualification & Requirement
  • University degree in a related field of study.
  • Enthusiastic corp member with a focus on HR/Admin is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional communication abilities
