Job Position: HR Assistant

Job Location: Arepo / Sagamu, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Filling and Documentation.
  • Regularly updating employee database at entry and exit point.
  • Maintain proper filling of authorized recruitment request
  • Call references and guarantors to help with the employee verification process.
  • Contribute to the completion and documentation of employee-related information.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Contribute to the creation of job descriptions for all departments
  • Aid in the process of interview scheduling and candidate shortlisting
  • Manage NYSC and SIWES students related information.
  • Cooperate with the PM to make sure that all disciplinary actions at the factory are properly documented.
  • Ensuring periodic head counts of all factory staff.
  • Updating of trainees database.
  • Assist the HR Manager in periodic manpower audit at the factory.
  • Maintain accurate records in the trainee attendant register to monitor their attendance.
  • Assist in sorting out matters relating to staff pension and health matters

Other Requirements:

  • Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualification

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years of work experience.

Remuneration:

N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
