What You’ll Do For Us
For our Customer Success team, we are looking for a Monitoring & Support Associate who will serve as the primary point of contact for attaining SLAs and managing any alerts, outages, or problems during their coverage hours.
Located preferably in South Africa or Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- You will stop anomalies or trends from escalating, keep an eye on them and spot them early.
- Be able to produce reports and track key industry KPIs.
- Create reports and be able to keep track of crucial market metrics.
- When necessary, involve, escalate, and communicate with other teams in a timely, unambiguous manner using the appropriate channels.
- Ensure that operations are not impacted, carry out the necessary troubleshooting and changes.
- Enhance the experience of our customers, we must innovate and be able to discover fresh methods of internal process optimization.
- Set priorities and take action on urgent tasks.
- Maintain current knowledge of technological procedures, requirements, and functions.
- Manage tickets, inquiries, and problems that customers have raised.
- Follow up on problems internally to ensure that SLAs are met
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge in the payments or tech industries is an advantage
- Positive attitude, independence, critical thinking, issue prevention, foresight of probable incidents, tremendous energy, and decision-making should be your strong points.
- Fluent and advanced English
Additional Requirements
- Being available to work on weekends
- Understanding analytical tools is advantageous: databases, Kibana, Excel, SQL, etc.
