About The Role

This position will be responsible for creating and managing content for digital platforms, working across communications to shape stories and messaging into content optimized for engagement across web, social, and email.

Tasks & Obligations
  • Substantial experience working in digital communications with a proven track record in project management across multiple projects
  • Broad experience working with contact and content management systems and social media publishing platforms
  • Experience writing and managing content for large, global properties and accounts
  • Superior writing and editing skills (in English) and experience producing and managing digital content, including messaging and short form social media content
  • Expertise in building and managing a digital platform strategy, content calendaring, and audience engagement
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from various sources, such as web analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid media
Salary Range

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

Qualification
  • 3-5years of experience working on donor-funded programs and writing and compiling grant reports.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data management and analysis, and embedding data and data visuals into grant reports.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of R statistical software and data visualization software like PowerBL or Tableau a strong advantage; experience collecting and managing data in Airtable a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A curious and collaborative nature.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and multicultural environments, embracing our ‘Teal’ principles that promote flexibility, self-management, and wholeness.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this role in the US is $120,000 – $160,000 (USD). The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
