In the role of a Process Operator Lead, you will leverage your profound technical proficiency in both processes and equipment to orchestrate the strategic planning, innovative process enhancement, and seamless execution of Planned Maintenance Elements within a dynamic Continuous Improvement manufacturing setting. Your adept leadership will be demonstrated through the adept coordination of cross-functional teams comprising diverse technical and non-technical experts, vital support contractors, and dedicated operations staff. Responsibilities
- Cultivate expertise through a structured training program designed to equip fresh university graduates, who have fulfilled their degree requirements and NYSC, with the essential skills.
- Develop comprehensive proficiency in executing designated duties by participating in hands-on learning experiences during their tenure with Custodian.
- Acquire practical knowledge and capabilities essential for successful task execution through rigorous on-the-job training.
- Hone skills and competencies through dedicated training initiatives, facilitating seamless task accomplishment and boosting overall job performance.
- Engage in a dynamic training curriculum aimed at empowering recent graduates to proficiently fulfill allocated responsibilities within the Custodian workforce.
- Attain a well-rounded understanding of job functions through immersive training, fostering the ability to efficiently contribute to tasks within the Custodian organization.
- Participate in purposeful training sessions designed to nurture skills, ensuring a solid foundation for executing various duties competently.
- Embrace an educational journey that equips graduates with the tools needed to excel in executing assigned tasks while gaining hands-on professional experience at Custodian.
Qualification
- OND certification
- Proficient in AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3 methodologies
- Skilled in independent maintenance of dedicated equipment to uphold optimal conditions
- Expertise in executing AM & PM (Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards for dedicated equipment
Additional Requirements
- Profound familiarity with TPM – Phase 3 & 4 tools for effective problem-solving
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude in guiding Line roles
- Proficiency in qualifying and mentoring upcoming SWP owners
- Strong drive to address common opportunity areas using PDCA (Plan Do Check Adjust) methodology
- Accomplished in assuming the role of Line Leader
- Exceptional ability to formulate and align goals/master plans for the line
- Skill in deploying and managing IDP (Individual Development Plan) for team members
- Adept at coaching team members for performance and career enhancement
