Salary: #150,000 + Accomodation
Role Overview
This role requires someone who can manage tasks efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and maintain accurate financial records daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and daily activities
- Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics for events and operations
- Organize documents, records, and reports
- Run errands and support day-to-day business needs
- Record daily income and expenditures accurately
- Track available cash and provide daily financial updates
- Maintain proper logs for all transactions
- Support basic budgeting and expense monitoring
- Ensure accountability and proper documentation of funds
Requirements
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Admin Officer, or similar role
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping / financial record keeping
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of integrity, trust, and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of Excel or simple accounting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
