Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: #150,000 + Accomodation

Role Overview

This role requires someone who can manage tasks efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and maintain accurate financial records daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and daily activities
  • Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate logistics for events and operations
  • Organize documents, records, and reports
  • Run errands and support day-to-day business needs
  • Record daily income and expenditures accurately
  • Track available cash and provide daily financial updates
  • Maintain proper logs for all transactions
  • Support basic budgeting and expense monitoring
  • Ensure accountability and proper documentation of funds

Requirements

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Admin Officer, or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping / financial record keeping
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of integrity, trust, and confidentiality
  • Good knowledge of Excel or simple accounting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
