Position Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us
In terms of providing support for quality control, support for human resources, and support for morale, the Exec QC will be a complement to the Lead QC. The QC Exec will make sure that any emerging data issues are properly understood by the lead QC and that all data discrepancies are quickly detected and reported to the lead QC. The Exec QC will be in charge of digital data inspections and will suggest the best strategies to boost quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supplying assistance to the Lead QC in the areas of quality control, morale, and human resources
- Being present at briefings, taking part in script testing, and developing a QC project plan that guides QC execution on the project
- Identifying and reporting on any questionnaire flows.
- Checking for congruency by listening to recordings and comparing them to the data. To be utilized in call-calibration sessions, providing interesting records.
- Make callbacks to check that the data is consistent with the research brief and contains essential metrics.
- Verifying open ends for completeness and accuracy.
- Writing reports (both CATI and CAPI) accurately and concisely while closely working with the project manager and vendors to address any issues.
- Utilizing readily available platforms like KQCS, Control Charts, and Audit Trail Power BI, leading automation in the market.
- Examining and confirming that the GPS coordinates correspond to the sampling instructions, Examining time stamps and interview length to spot trends and raise questions
- Comparing QC data to field data, looking for any flows, and presenting sample accomplishments following QC tests.
- Creating an internal tracker for re-dos and cancellations that recommends decisions be made at the interviewer level and updates the interviewer caution list
- Adding information to the problem and solution registry to help in QC project planning.
- Attending Closure meetings to discuss conclusions and explain the most effective approaches to approach future initiatives
- Any other as might be assigned by the QC lead.
Requirements:
Qualification
- 3–5 years or more of operations research experience in Nigeria.
- Experience in forensics and in-field quality assurance, listening to recordings, and telephone back checks
- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills.
- Understanding of Field Methods for Data Collection Degrees in project management, mathematics, commerce, statistics, business administration, and management.
- Has strong moral principles, the ability to see clearly amid chaos, and holds them.
- Understanding and utilization of CAPI data gathering platforms like STG, NIPO, and Dimension.
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken
- Conversant with GDPR
