Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings-

Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Establishing job descriptions and specifications, as well as identifying future hiring needs
  • Creating an uniform list of needs in partnership with department managers.
  • Locating qualified candidates via databases, job boards, social media, etc.
  • interviewing candidates and selecting the most qualified ones to fill unfilled positions.
  • Evaluating applicants’ qualifications to ensure they are the greatest fit for open roles with Intersect Consortium and her clients.
  • Filling out the documentation for new hires.
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Managing internship programs.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to teaming managers.
Recruiter Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in this role.
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Certification is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of databases and recruitment procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Decent decision-making abilities.
  • Working familiarity with employment regulations and law.
