As a Regional Sales Manager (South East) you will begin with immediate, significant responsibility. By consistently putting forth strategies and solutions that achieve your client’s goals, you are responsible for preserving and growing your long-term engagement with them. You’ll accomplish this by developing a thorough awareness of your product categories and marketplaces.
As you create the plans, you will hone not only your negotiating and sales abilities but also your financial and marketing expertise, analytical insights, and logistical knowledge because you are in charge of your client’s needs from beginning to end.
You’ll be a member of a customer team where trust, teamwork, a genuine passion for success, and leadership are crucial.
Responsibilities
- Creating and preserving a fruitful, long-term relationship with your client
- Develop a thorough awareness of the wants and demands of your customers.
- Get to know your customers, categories, and market inside and out.
- Maximizing country commercial regulations for your particular client
- Dealing with promotions, contracts, and new ideas
- Creating volume forecasts and plans
- Working closely in tandem with teams from other departments
- Assist your clients with any concerns they may have, and serve as a liaison between them and the internal teams.
- Fulfills NOS, shipment, and sharing objectives by carrying out JBP plans at the shop or customer level.
- Delivers strong sales basics to succeed with customers/buying influencers at FMOT and Executes Perfectly at the In-Store/Customer Level.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree holder with the minimum of a 2:1
- You must be able to reside in Port Harcourt and speak Igbo.
- You must have completed NYSC
