The ideal applicant will continually manage and expand the bank’s operations in the areas of deposits, revenue, and customer base while adhering to accepted industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Deposit mobilization
- Acquisition of new clients
- Relationship management.
- Creation of quality risk assets
- Creation of commercial enterprises, such as Off-Balance Sheet transactions and Trade Finance.
- Increase earnings on a monthly basis.
- Deploy the bank’s e-channels across different customer segments.
- Customer onboarding using the bank’s digital platforms
- Contribute greatly to the profitability of the branch.
Qualification
- B.Sc. Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Master of Business Administration, and any other relevant field.
Additional Requirements
- Good knowledge of credit administration.
- Have good Industry knowledge vis a vis deposit and lending dynamics and application in customer acquisition and retention.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to continuously meet objectives
