Job Description Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us
As the Sales Agronomist Manager at The Candel Company, your primary role will involve overseeing specific Core brands within our extensive business portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Report to General/Regional Manager or his delegate, who will undertake the pre-sales consultation with distributors to arrange on-farm demonstrations of the company’s products and technologies.
- Follow through with ensuring that the farmers understand the value of such and are able to practice the same on their own with minimal assistance.
- Work with distributors, stockists, and dealers to make sure that these products and technology are provided to farmers through these channels at the appropriate time, in the appropriate amount, and for the appropriate price.
Requirements:
Qualification
- Our ideal applicant should be younger than 25 years old.
- Should have earned at least a Second Class Honors Degree in Agricultural Economics, Extension, Crop Science, or Soil Science from one of Nigeria’s Universities.
Additional Qualification
- Our ideal candidate must also be comfortable living and traveling in any part of Nigeria.
- Multilingualism and at least a year’s relevant experience in a comparable role will be advantageous.
