Job Title: SALES MANAGER (BUSINESS PROCESS SERVICES)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- In charge of generating leads for the business process Call center services, financial and accounting services, document scanning, digitization, document processing (data capture, document audits, etc.), and other services are all outsourced.
- Accountable for meeting monthly revenue targets and sales targets for the total number of cartons needed for records storage.
- Able to manage sales team comfortably and report on accounts covered by sales force daily
- Reviews are conducted daily, weekly, and monthly with the reporting officers in Nigeria and the global team in India.
- Establishing connections with CXOs and presenting goods and services to clients after learning about their needs through open consultation in bridging the gaps.
- Maximize sales prospects in software and IT Sales by strengthening and expanding important accounts in the region.
- Maintaining daily HOT, WARM, and COLD prospects in the sales force
- Collaborating with an internal cross-functional team to build a solution and deliver it to clients.
- Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities in software and IT Sales.
- Responsible for achieving monthly Annual Operating Plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree (Marketing), MBA will be an advantage.
- Should have 4-5 years of continuous working experience in software and IT Product Sales in Nigeria (without any break).
- Should have worked on large-scale records archival services
- Exposure to corporate sales only.
- Should have good contacts in Corporate firms in Nigeria.
- Should have exposure to business planning
ANNUAL SALARY
N4,000,000.00 (can be negotiated)
