What You’ll Do For Us

As the Manager of Sales Operations at Nestlé Nigeria, your primary responsibility will be to develop a comprehensive comprehension of category channels, competitors, shoppers, and clients in order to guide business strategies and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, coordinate, and enhance channel performance, recommending measures to boost sales.
  • Develop channel-specific launch strategies for new products.
  • Manage and evaluate promotional activities across branches, providing regular reports on outcomes.
  • Monitor competitor behavior at the channel level and devise strategic plans for competitive advantage.
  • Achieve monthly targets for MOR and MSR at the branch level.
  • Drive sell-out for each branch individually.
  • Analyze consumer/shopper behaviors and responses at the point of sale, implementing effective BSO strategies and monitoring Picture of Success quality under the guidance of the Visibility team.
Qualification
  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and fieldwork.
  • Prior experience in FMCG is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.

  • Proficient in delivering effective presentations.
  • Proven leadership abilities with comprehensive knowledge of sales operations.
  • Be adaptable, insightful, and driven by objectives.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
