Job Description Summary:

What We are Expecting

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and monitoring of exam capacity requirements vs demand starting 18 months in advance on a 12-month rolling basis all the way down to handover to Operations Managers for Resource Management and test day delivery. Additionally, you will keep an eye on and assess updates to the plan while reporting on the need to fill capacity, the efficiency of planning, and the cost to serve. To ensure that counterparts understand requirements and follow plans on test day, this post will need collaboration across functions in the nation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop annual market activation plans centered on 3-year growth drivers.
  • Take responsibility for delivering the annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L) by managing sales and profit outcomes and budget items.
  • Effectively implement and adapt global toolkits to manage brand equity.
  • Execute the global innovation vision board.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams at the local level to achieve breakthrough results.
  • Drive excellent execution of programs and plans, including media, creative development, and digital programs, to bring brand strategies to life.
  • Work closely with the sales team to engage customers and achieve a greater share of in-store support.
Perequisites:

Educational Qualification

  • University degree in any subject or relevant qualification
  • Experience of working across a dispersed team within a single country

  • Relevant experience of identifying suppliers in a business environment
  • Experience of translating demand requirements to ensure capacity can be met to deliver operationally within a large business
  • Experience managing small teams or demonstrating management potential
  • Experience in third party relationship management
