What You Will Learn And Contribute To:
Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:
- Have protocol knowledge of 5G-NR, LTE, VoLTe, UMTS, and GSM
- Learn how to maintain RAN nodes in a proactive manner and how to provide health check data.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with systems from several vendors.
- Liaise with vendor support
- Complete improvements and node commissioning
Skills And Experience:
- Minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in RAN Support/CM function
- Experience in RAN troubleshooting and CM activities (2G/3G/4G)
- Nokia & Ericsson RAN expertise
Additional requirements
- Understanding of managed service telecom operations (change management processes)
- Strong aptitude to learn
- Team player and optimistic outlook
- Familiarity with writing automation scripts for large deployments
