What You Will Learn And Contribute To:

Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

  • Have protocol knowledge of 5G-NR, LTE, VoLTe, UMTS, and GSM
  • Learn how to maintain RAN nodes in a proactive manner and how to provide health check data.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues with systems from several vendors.
  • Liaise with vendor support
  • Complete improvements and node commissioning
Skills And Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in RAN Support/CM function
  • Experience in RAN troubleshooting and CM activities (2G/3G/4G)
  • Nokia & Ericsson RAN expertise
Additional requirements
  • Understanding of managed service telecom operations (change management processes)
  • Strong aptitude to learn
  • Team player and optimistic outlook
  • Familiarity with writing automation scripts for large deployments
