What You’ll Do For Us
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Social Media Assistant who is passionate about progressing in their career. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive ownership of their responsibilities, consistently surpassing goals, and making a significant impact. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for greater flexibility and autonomy.
- Upload videos, deal with bad reviews, and keep your account profile current.
- Research social media trends, industry-related themes, hashtags, and keywords.
- Image editing for social media use.
- Keep track of and arrange campaign schedules, plan and schedule posts across all platforms, and provide content strategy to appropriate team members.
- Write precise captions, descriptions, and other posts’ content.
- Manage daily interactions with followers and form alliances with other accounts and social media influencers.
- Develop concepts for brand awareness, choose the brand voice, and align all postings with it.
- Create a publishing schedule for material across all channels, and suggest marketing initiatives.
- Assemble information about customers and viewers of the brand.
- Run social media ad campaigns with the Ad Manager’s assistance.
- Moderate discussions in social media groups according to established decorum.
- Make general administrative decisions.
- Perform random tasks
Qualification
- A certification in marketing or business, or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Two to three years of expertise with social networking
- Enhanced cognitive prowess for analysis, ideation, and effective solution-seeking skills.

- Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Highly skilled in time management and organization
- Profound expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and more
- Proficient in typography, layouts, basic graphics, and both print and web design
