Who Are We Scouting For?

We’re seeking a dynamic and meticulous Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate Development unit. As the Strategy Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of dissecting, comprehending, and evaluating market dynamics and emerging patterns. Your insights will serve as the cornerstone of our data-backed decision-making and strategic growth.

The perfect candidate for this position possesses a robust analytical toolkit, bolstered by substantial expertise in market research. This individual places a premium on structured methodologies and is unwavering in their commitment to adhering to them.

In this capacity, you’ll collaborate closely with and report directly to the Head of Corporate Development. Although this role is fully remote, it’s important to note that most team members are based in the United States, which may influence your work hours due to time zone disparities.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of monitoring designated industry players, service lines, and segments.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and create comprehensive profiles of key industry players through extensive research, company report reviews, and continuous news tracking.
  • Continuously monitor and assess major industry developments, trends, and events affecting various service lines and industry segments.
  • Identify emerging trends, shifts in customer preferences, and potential industry disruptors, analyzing their potential impact.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on M&A transactions within the industry and evaluate their implications.
  • Communicate your findings and insights to team members promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of research and insights within the company’s internal platform, following established protocols.
  • Ensure that all research and analyses remain current by revisiting and updating them as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creation of a regular strategy newsletter, shared internally with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Industry Outlook
  • Leverage industry expertise and insights from monitoring to develop a personalized outlook on industry developments and future opportunities.
  • Evaluate how identified industry trends and developments impact the company’s strategic direction.
  • Provide recommendations for potential avenues of organic and inorganic growth.
  • Proactively offer feedback on existing research, analysis, and documentation processes, proposing actionable enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay informed about the latest market research and analysis technologies, and recommend the integration of new tools to complement and enhance the existing tech stack.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a globally renowned institution.
  • 4+ years of professional expertise in market research, corporate strategy, or competitive intelligence, with a proven history of delivering actionable insights.
  • Preferred background in structured environments like investment banking or management consulting.
  • Profound analytical acumen, a data-driven passion, and a critical-thinking mindset.
Additional Requirements
  • Prior exposure to the outsourcing industry is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and market research tools.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, with a strong commitment to established processes.
