About The Program
The Sydani Fellowship Program offers a dynamic platform for emerging talents to nurture leadership qualities, immerse themselves in hands-on consulting experiences, and acquire cutting-edge technical skills for optimal performance. As a Sydani Fellow, you’ll take charge of designated project components, collaborating with and receiving guidance from seasoned Sydani consultants within a high-energy, accelerated learning setting.

Qualification
- The applicant must have graduated with a first-class or second-class (upper) degree from a recognized university to be eligible
- An applicant with a second-class (lower) or third-class degree must have a master’s degree
- 0–2 years of working experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
