Responsibilities
- As a virtual banker, make sure to have a sound notion of the client’s business requirements and working capital cycle before recommending solutions. Promote achieving goals according to each scorecard.
- Actively promote cross-selling and acquisition strategies through re-engagement procedures. Make sure that the handling of complaints and services adheres to approved service level agreements. putting all customers first, regardless of the value of the query.
- Complete all tasks while adhering to all applicable control and compliance standards.
- Challenge the status quo, foster a culture of empowerment within the team, share knowledge, experience, and best practices, and offer constructive criticism as needed in order to continuously seek to improve methods of working.
- Coordinating with the regions and branches in an effort to keep every customer that walks into any branch across the entire nation.
Qualification
- Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
