A conglomerate investment company with investment in real estate, film/content production, trades, imports and exports requires qualified candidates to fill the position above.

Job Description

  • Control activities for receiving, warehousing, distribution, and upkeep.
  • Establish a plan and be sure to use the area effectively.
  • Create, plan, and implement the best operational policies and processes.
  • Observe all warehouse, shipping, and handling regulations.
  • Uphold standards for hygiene, security, and health
  • Control inventory and check your data storage system’s accuracy.
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
  • Plan work rotations, give tasks the proper attention, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
  • Obtain suggestions and keep an eye on the level of service delivery
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
REQUIREMENT & SKILLS
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practice
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership qualities and staff management abilities
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Must have worked in a store’s outlet.
  • BS in business administration, supply chain management, or logistics
