What Your Role Entails;

As a Customer Care Representative, you will have direct oversight of crucial operations in our business portfolio. Your primary role will involve managing various customer inquiries, encompassing reservations and payment confirmations for both flight and non-flight offerings. This responsibility aligns with the specific requirements outlined by Wakanow.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all phone requests for information about making travel reservations.
  • Determine what goods and sales opportunities best suit the demands of travel-related customers.
  • If there are changes before or during the trip, make alternative travel arrangements.
  • Cross-selling appropriate Wakanow goods and services to help with achieving service and sales quotas.
  • Give clients advice on the best domestic and foreign destinations, tours, lodging, transportation, insurance, and prices.
  • creating personalized itineraries that take the clients’ preferences and budget into account
  • Create and update customer electronic records
  • Book and confirm reservations online.
  • Issue tickets or pertinent documentation
  • Give current guidance on travel laws, such as those pertaining to visa and medical requirements, baggage restrictions, safety, and regional customs
  • Adapt existing reservations to clients’ changing needs
  • Study potential places and stay informed about news in the travel business.
  • Escalate reoccurring issues and proposing solutions to solve solutions
