Who Are We Looking For?
This position will be a part of a network tasked with forging close ties with important clients in order to collaborate with them and the larger Arup business to address complex challenges and enhance project and program level outcomes. You will be assisting a few client connections in the public sector and international development as we are currently hiring a multidisciplinary team to support the expansion of our sustainable development services in the global south, with a special emphasis on climate and sustainability, cities planning and design, and economic advising services.
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing strategic engagement plans that provide a thorough understanding of target client programs and priorities will help you expand business and partnership opportunities with them and make measurable impacts through increased revenue, improved relationships, and improved reputation.
- Knowledge of international development customers and the public sector, as well as significant expertise in sustainable development
- Confident abilities in designing and delivering strategic engagement plans
- Excellent understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals and the role that the built environment and infrastructure may play in achieving these.
- Working closely and cooperatively to gather information and conduct research in support of the creation of the client engagement plan with the Sustainable Development and country office leads, client relationship teams, other client marketers, client coordinators, and other business development professionals.
