As branch manager you will manage and inspire the team to provide a superior client experience and assist in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create strategies to meet sales goals in accordance with client-centered principles.
- Control how well operating procedures, rules, and statutory requirements are followed.
- Create projects and action plans to boost performance, inspire the team, and increase sales.
- Share and put into action authorized team goals within sphere of influence.
- Implement action plans to meet your company’s objectives and sales targets.
- Manage all team activities and escalations on a daily basis.
- Work together with quality assurance and performance coaches to direct and mentor the team in order to boost output, compliance, and call quality.
- Assess team members’ performance versus goals on a regular basis, then take steps to improve performance.
- Implement improvement strategies after evaluating service delivery in light of interactions with business stakeholders and pertinent analytics.
- Keep accurate and timely records on the appropriate system.
- Engage team members on a regular basis to provide information and team goals.
- Develop and maintain cooperative connections with various parties.
- Analyze team output and performance, spot trends, and write a report on it.
- Implement efficient staffing and scheduling strategies to ensure coverage while minimizing expenditures.
- Implement solutions to the team’s performance issues.

Qualification
- 3 to 5 years of sales-related experience (essential)
- 2-3 years of experience providing financial advice, as needed by the appropriate regulatory body (essential)
- One to two years of supervisory experience (desirable)
Certifications
- Bachelor’s or University degree holders with exceptional qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
