Job Description Summary:

What You’ll Do for Us

As the Product Brand Management Manager, you’ll oversee essential brands in the company’s portfolio and ensure their success in terms of sales and profits. Your role involves implementing global strategies and managing all marketing mix components to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the cross-functional team in developing the annual market activation strategy focused on 3-year growth drivers for the brand.
  • Deliver the annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit outcomes, and manage budget items effectively.
  • Implement and localize global toolkits to manage brand equity.
  • Execute the global innovation vision board.
  • Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at the local level to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Ensure excellent execution of programs and plans, such as media, creative development, and digital programs, to bring the brand strategies to life.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and more than fair share in-store support.
Prerequisites:

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 or more years of brand marketing or commercial management experience
  • Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications delivering brand share growth
  • Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Supplementary Requirement

Possessing these following criteria would naturally put you at a vantage point:

  • Master’s degree
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver results in a matrix organization
  • Strong financial capabilities and business acumen
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
  • Experience in large Over-the-Counter (OTC) environment preferred
