Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and support of the user environment
  • You will plan, execute, coordinate, and arrange the installation as necessary and also performs any necessary tests.
  • Ensure that you observe how users behave, keep track of usage patterns, respond to issues as they arise, implement solutions, and do reports.
  • You will coordinate, record, and maintain equipment information on a regular basis in accordance with instructions.
  • Oversee the scope and content of license agreements, and if necessary, monitors and reports on compliance.
  • Take corrective action and file reports.
  • You will manage the server environment’s installation, support, and upkeep.
  • You are responsible for initiating, carrying out, and coordinating the installation as necessary and performing the relevant testing.
  • Support the initiation, execution, and testing server backups, ensuring integrity, ensuring offsite storage, and rotating on a weekly basis in accordance with the backup procedure.
  • As outlined in the DR protocol, you will develop, put into practice, and test disaster recovery processes.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Work experience of 5-7 years
  • Awesome problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possess people management skill.
