What You’ll Do For Us
As senior regional manager, it will be your responsibility to guide your group of regional managers in pursuing excellence through their supervisors and achieving learning, operational, and school strong outcomes. In order for Regional Managers to be successful in overseeing and mentoring Supervisors, you will give them with monitoring and guidance. While making sure that each Regional Manager has the management abilities to support the accomplishment of their Supervisors’ and school goals, you will hold them individually accountable for hitting their goals. Big data will also be used by you to give members of your team individualized coaching and feedback. You succeed when they succeed.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the accomplishments of all Regional Managers and the success of the schools.
- Ensure that Regional Managers receive all the training required for their success, including “train the teacher” sessions for the material that Regional Managers must impart to their Supervisors.
- Ascertain that each regional manager meets the KPIs for each supervisor under their control.
- Utilize information from a variety of sources, such as your own field observations, quality assurance audits, and big data on the behavior of school personnel.
- Coach regional managers in the use of data to assist supervisors with data-driven supervision, direction, and route planning.
- Spend 20% of your time in schools observing Supervisors.
- Use rubrics or other materials to promote systematic observation and reporting when observing or holding meetings.
- Support particular school events, such as working together on programming for occasions like school opening festivities, parent-teacher conferences.
- Control the budget and optimization, guard against fraud, and make sure regional managers follow strict financial rules.
Qualification
- A track record of managing and inspiring teams of individuals to achieve goals.
- Graduate degree or undergraduate degree (or its equivalent)
- Proven track record of leading teams in the field
- knowledge of coaching and mentoring adults and children
- Flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere
