What You’ll Do For Us
As an Account Executive, You’ll be tasked to deliver a proactive business banking sales and service management function that will keep and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by discovering and implementing value-adding and specialized business banking financial products solutions from a variety of standard and/or bespoke offers.
Responsibilities
- Having the ability to extract, analyze, and utilize CRM information, you will be required to change the client management approach and strategy.
- Use advanced customer relationship management (CRM) concepts and methods, particularly for presenting authority, gravitas, and presence to business (client) stakeholders.
Qualification
- Have a general awareness of how commercial banking functions as well as the dangers that businesses, industries, and the business market are subject to.
- 5 years minimum of banking experience, with a minimum of 3 of those years spent in business banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management
- Assuming accountability for the management of client relationships for highly valuable clients with a variety of challenging needs
- Sales management and cost control knowledge.

- Understanding of the product lines, distribution methods, and marketing strategies of rival companies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills – understanding of all sales functions.
- Open-minded, perceptive, and goal-oriented
- Different industry sectors and sector risk profiles/trends, as well as knowledge of the effects of outside factors (economic, political, legal, and climatic) on particular markets/industries in the portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Have knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint from the Microsoft Suite
